What is RankAndCluster.com?
This social website allows you to collaborate with all workshop attendees by making it easy to share links, data sets, papers, drafts, and more. Once you post an entry other attendees can add comments to facilitate discussion. You can also follow people that you find especially interesting. This enables you to receive email notifications when they post a new entry so that you can stay updated on the latest research. We hope this website facilitates collaboration amongst attendees during the times we can't meet face to face.
How do I add an attachment when it is larger than 15MB?
Due to hosting concerns, we won't be able to accept uploads of files larger than 15MB. There are however, other sites that specialize in hosting large files. We have had success using
drop.io. If you simply navigate to their website you will see an area where you can upload files. Once there simply post a link to the site in your entry and other users will be able to download the files.
What does it mean to follow someone?
When you follow someone you will see their updates on your home page and also receive email notifications when that users adds or edits a post. We hope this simplifies your use of the site since you will no longer need to continually visit RankAndCluster.com to check for new posts, but instead just check your email.
